Carolina PC Pros provides a variety of business support services to fit your needs. We offer hourly rates for PC support and maintenance services for your desktop, laptop, and server systems. We provide quoted services for customers with specific requirements. If you have any questions about rates or the cost of a specific repair, please feel free to call or e-mail.
Business customers get priority scheduling, and we make every effort to respond to you as quickly as possible.
You can reduce your support costs by purchasing prepaid blocks of support, or by arranging regularly scheduled services. We want to encourage you to keep your systems updated, backed up, and secure. We want to make it easy and affordable for you to get the service you need.
Pricing – On-site
On-site services are billed at the rate of $108/hour, plus NC Sales Tax, with a one hour minimum charge. Outside of the Greater Raleigh, Wendell, Knightdale, Zebulon, and Wake Forest areas, additional travel charges may apply.
Pricing – Email, Phone, and Remote Desktop
Phone, e-mail, and remote desktop support services are billed at the rate of $108/hour, plus NC Sales Tax, billed in 15 minute increments.
Remote desktop support requires that the customer’s computer has a working internet connection. A small program needs to be downloaded and installed. This provides a secure method for establishing the remote connection. NEVER give remote access to anyone, unless you know who they are!
These services are available for established customers.
